Background
Ruiru Catholic self-help group undertook to build a mall on the Fund plot, LR/ Ruiru Township Plot 173 in. The project started on 7th May 2020 and expected The project consists of 15 floors with a semi basement, 4 business floors, 2 high level parking floors and 6 floors for serviced apartments, 1 recreational floor and 1 floor dedicated for conference facilities. The project is at 65% complete.

Financing
The strategy to finance the project through;
- Funds from selling of shares to Self-help group members.
- Funds from the self-help group
- Funds from sale of shares to Catholic Churches and church institutions.
We have commenced the second phase of share sales to finance the completion of the project. The cost of each share is Shs. 350 for existing shareholders and Shs. 450 for new subscribers and institutions.
The procedure of buying shares is;
- Be a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Ruiru Self-help Group.
- Pay the amount to any of the channels below.
- Present the payment details to our offices and fill share purchase form.
